In the application form, you can share your preferences for your group. We consider your goal, years of experience and preferred meeting times. You can also select your preference to be matched to members of similar factors like similar challenges, gender, ethnic background, industry and location.

• Before meeting their group, many of our members were originally nervous about meeting their small group for the first time and talking about their career goals.

• During the first meeting, most members rely on our conversation guides as they are designed to support groups in having conversations to connect with each other and take action.

• After the first meeting, most members share that they had a good discussion about their career goals that they may not discuss with other people in their life. It's expected that you'll still be getting to know each other and it will still feel new.

• By the fourth meeting, members are opening up with each other, sharing more candidly. Members look forward to sharing and getting each other's perspective.

Yes! Our program will guide you in ways that your can support, coach and encourage your small group through the resource guides tailored for your group.

• You don't need to have sage advice, career experience or experience in coaching or mentoring.

• You do need to be willing to actively participate in your group's weekly calls.

No, we do not. We rely on a small group, peer coaching model that is proven to help you take action and make progress without hours of coursework and webinars. And we provide resource guides tailored to your group's goals and progress. We can connect you with professional coaches that offer 1:1 support if you need it.

We can rematch you to another group if needed. We encourage members to try their group for at least 3 weeks to assess fit.

You can work with your small group to schedule your weekly video calls at a time that meets your availability. We do expect a minimum of 1 weekly call over 3 months.
